General

In order to maintain a high quality of products, the following products, of any kind, are strictly not to be used on or near the equipment at any time;

• SILLY STRING
• PARTY POPPERS
• CONFETTI
• FOOD / DRINK
• CIGARETTES / E CIGARETTES
• FACEPAINTS
• GLITTER
• PENS OF ANY KIND
• GLOWSTICKS

Any improper use of the games, may result in forfeiter of damage deposit.

Deposits

• All bookings are subject to a €50 damage deposit. This must be paid prior to the event.
• This €50 will typically be required to be paid via PayPal.
• All bookings are only valid once deposit has been received and an order confirmation has been sent
• All bookings must be paid within 7 calendar days, otherwise you will forfeit your booking, and the date/time may be given to another person.
• You will receive a paypal invoice once the booking form has been received, and you will reminded for up to 7 days for any deposits that are outstanding.
• Payment of this €50 constitutes acceptance of all Terms and Conditions with PartyGames.ie

The total cost of a standard booking is €150 - €100 for the games rental and €50 deposit. The customer will receive a refund of the €50 deposit once all games have been collected damage free.

Event

• All events provided by Partygames.ie are provided as a rental service of all goods, including but not limited to, Games; Game Boxes; Sweet Boxes; Sweet Jars, and any other goods provided. You understand that you are liable for any damages to the above. However, Partygames.ie have the right to waive any damage costs, on a case by case basis.
• Partygames.ie do NOT provide public liability and are NOT be liable for any damage or injury caused by usage of the above equipment, including any medical reactions. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure sufficient adult supervision. It is also YOUR responsibility to ensure that the premises where Partygames.ie have provided equipment, has adequate insurance to cover any incidents that may occur during the event. Partygames.ie CANNOT be held responsible during participation and use of any equipment.
• The complete games catalogue provided by Partygames.ie, cannot be guaranteed, due to 3^rd party usage of the games. We will endeavour to provide you with alternative solutions should any of the games become unavailable. Partygames.ie CANNOT be liable for any additional costs incurred by you, as a result of unavailability of games.

Cancellations

• Should you wish to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of €50, subject to the following conditions:
  • Source of payment will also be the source of refund; no less than 48 hours is remaining to your booking, the full €50 has been originally paid by you.
  • Whilst Partygames.ie will endeavour to provide you with a service, should the cancellation be as a result of Partygames.ie, we CANNOT be held liable for any additional costs incurred as a result of said cancellation.
  • This includes, but not limited to: Requirement for you to arrange additional entertainment, requirement by you to arrange sweets and drinks; Requirement for you to change date of party.
  • Partygames.ie also have a right to provide alternative games, sweets and drinks per event.

Marketing

Partygames.ie require a valid email address and contact number in order to complete the booking. You will be sent a text message once your booking has been confirmed, as well as 24 hours before the day of your event.

Payment of €50 deposit constitutes acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
